Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of administrative performance of directors of the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports to take care of talented athletes from the viewpoint of their employees.

Where the research sample was from the employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, where the researcher identified her research community with all the workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, who numbered (500) workers and by 43% , and the distributors in (10) directorates and distributors, where the survey sample was excluded and thus becomes the research sample (215) Of the workers, the researcher used the SPSS The study recommended the necessity of strengthening the relationship between managers and workers on the one hand The need for attention, in addition to collective participation with workers.

And keeping pace with modern administrative developments in the field of sports management to face the rapid changes in the countries of the world.

And the necessity to use new methods by managers to get rid of the classic traditional work followed.

And giving incentives and prizes to creative workers in their work in order to create an atmosphere of fair competition between workers and to increase production significantly.
