The present study aimed to identify the level of administrative empowerment and occupational orption among physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate, as well as to identify the relationship of administrative empowerment and job orption among physical education teachers.

Salah al-Din Governorate, and they used the descriptive approach in the two survey methods and the correlational relations for their suitability and the nature of the research problem, and the research community may consist of (248) secondary schools for boys in Salah al-Din Governorate, and (193) schools were chosen from the schools in which there are teachers for the subject of physical education, with a ratio of (82, 77% ), and for that, they used the Administrative Empowerment Scale, which included six domains (delegation of authority, self-motivation, communication and information auditing, teamwork, participation in decision-making, professional growth), and the functional orption measure that contained one area to achieve goals And the research hypotheses and the researchers reached a number of conclusions, including 1- The principals of secondary schools in Salah al-Din province have a good level of administrative empowerment.

.3 - Teachers of physical education have a good level of functional immersion.5- There is a positive statistically significant correlation between administrative empowerment and functional immersion.

The researchers recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which1- Spreading the culture of administrative empowerment in school administrations, which increases the level of job intake among teachers of sports education based on modern administrative trends.

2- Involve school principals in training and development courses in the field of administrative empowerment to improve their performance and professional development.
