معوقات تفويض السلطة من وجهة نظر القادة التربويين في المناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت

Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the obstacles to the delegation of authority from the point of view of the educational leaders in the educational areas in the State of Kuwait, and whether the responses of the sample of the study vary according to sex and the number of training courses.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed.

The questionnaire consisted of (30) itemS, the target sample consisted of (37) educational leaders in the Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer educational districts.

The results showed that the sample members agreed on the obstacles included in the questionnaire to a medium degree in the three axes.

It was found that there were statistically significant differences in gender in the director's axis and in favor of females, in different number of training courses and in favor of those with fewer courses.

The study made several recommendations in the light of its findings.
