Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the level of job stress and its relationship to the effectiveness of time management among decoration teachers in intermediate schools in the State of Kuwait.

The study sample consisted of 96 decoration teachers in intermediate schools in the State of Kuwait.

The study results showed that the level of work stress among teachers decoration in middle school in the State of Kuwait was average, and that each of the functional burden, lack of clarity of roles and the physical yield was average, while the level of human contact was high, and the results showed that the level of effectiveness time management was high.

The study made a number of recommendations including the need for action by the school administrations to reduce work stress among teachers and minimize them as much as possible, which confirmed the results of the study and the existence of the average pressure level, and the importance of the school administrations to reduce the functional burden on teachers, and do select tasks teachers work more clearly and accurately, including limiting the lack of clarity in the roles they have, and the need for the responsible parties in the state to work to motivate teachers by increasing wages and salaries commensurate with rising living, and to activate the side of human communication between teachers each other on the one hand, and between teachers and school administrations on the other hand.
