Smartphone is no means just communication between people around the world; it has become a social phenomenon that spread to the workplace in various fields, and opinions differed between supporters and opponents of the use of this technology in general While some seethe contrary.

Hence, the problem of research lies in the answer to the question of the extent to which the smartphone contributes to the positive impact on the productivity of workers in the Baghdad Environment Directorate, as well as the importance of research in highlighting the psychological aspects of the use of smartphone by workers, and to know the possibility of investing their attachment to smart phones in Increase their productivity.

A questionnaire was adopted as a main tool in the collection of data and information, and was distributed to a sample of (66) workers in the Directorate of Environment Baghdad.

To measure correlation and impact outcomes.

The research concluded that there is a correlation and effect between the search variables.

The research recommends the necessity of investing this advanced communication technology in the various fields of work and achieving the planned objectives.
