Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the level of Organizational Transformation (administrative, pedagogic) among the teachers of the Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty at the University of Djelfa.

The study sample consisted of (60) teachers.

The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method through the application of the questionnaire which was design by the researcher to find out the level of Organizational Transformation (administrative, pedagogic) at the Algerian University under the LMD system.

The results showed that: - There is a discrepancy between the levels of the Organizational Transformation dimensions (administrative, pedagogical) in the Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty at the University of Djelfa under the LMD system.

-There were statistically significant differences in the Organizational Transformation (administrative, pedagogic) refer to the teachers sex in the Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty at the University of Djelfa under the LMD system.
