Diversity of banking operations the basis to upgrade of banking performance : a case study of the national bank of Algeria during the period 2015-2019

Abstract EN

The objective of this academic research is to present the different concepts related to banking operations, then to give a complete overview and summary of the National Bank of Algeria and the different stages of its development since its creation, then to know the different banking operations carried out by it, traditional and electronic, then to present and analyze the banking performance indicators of the bank during the period 2015-2019.

We concluded that the National Bank of Algeria carries out a variety of banking operations, traditional and electronic, multiple and directed for the benefit of clients of different categories, which would allow them to achieve efficient banking performance.
