Abstract EN

This study aimed to determine the effect between administrative leadership and job satisfaction among university professors, considering that administrative leadership is an important process and a basic necessity in all institutions, whether in the public sector or the private sector, because of their role in achieving distinction and success.

The field study was conducted during the second semester of the year 2020 on a sample of 82 university professors, represented by assistant professor A and B, Lecturer A and B and professor of higher education.

Descriptive method and questionnaire were used as a tool to collect information and we adopted in the analysis of the questionnaire on the Spss program The results of the field study showed that there was a statistically significant effect of the administrative leadership on the job satisfaction of the Hassiba Ben Bouali Chlef University professors at a significance level of 0.05.
