Organizational justice is one of the main means to understand organizational behavior, for its important role in several points: firstly, determining how individuals respond to the fairness of results, procedures, and dealings in the organization, and secondly, explaining what are their reactions to opposite cases to that, in light of their problematic judgments about those cases, but the question What may arise here is, are these judgments made arbitrarily? What are its foundations and stages of formation? These and other questions have focused on some researchers in one way or another in their study of the topic of organizational justice, which was the scientist at the forefront of researchers.
