One of the most hostile practices that threaten the security and safety of community members is the phenomenon of violence of all kinds.

It is constantly increasing and has affected all communities of society, in homes and families, passing through public and private institutions and administrations, and reaching the streets.

Thus it has become imperative to unite everyone's efforts to reduce the exacerbation of this blight.

Our Muslim society is supposed to be tolerant in its dealing and smooth in its communication, away from negative behaviors and non-civilized manifestations.

Therefore, through this descriptive and analytical study, we seek to shed light on the issue of physical and verbal violence against medical staff and workers in public hospitals in Algeria, which has taken an alarming escalation, and to reveal or remove some of the ambiguities that afflict those interested and researchers in the occurrence of violence from a sociological point of view.
