This study aims to highlight the role of internal communication and its impact on the cohesion of work groups within the organization.

We have dealt with the study of formal and informal communication and their role in determining the progress of the communication process and their impact on the cohesion of work groups within the organization.

The descriptive and analytical approach was followed, while the sample was directed to workers of 'Electricity and Gas Distribution Agency' of the city of “Al arebaa” in Blida, and in the end we reached a set of results.
