The legislator has paid attention to organizing the tasks and powers of the agents of fraud suppression, in order to uncover the violations that may be committed, and this study was concerned with defining their powers under Law No.

09-03 related to consumer protection and fraud suppression, and Executive Decree No.

90-93 related to quality control and the suppression of fraud, through mechanisms that mainly consist in undertaking a set of procedures in the context of their exercise of their supervisory role, as well as taking conservative measures.

However, a set of obstacles may prevent the censors from performing their role fully.

Therefore, the study concluded with a set of proposals that aim in their entirety to support the agents technically and financially.
