Political borders played an important geopolitical in the funding of national state.

Whereas the international relations have been changing and developing different natures of system and interaction between states.

This changing nature has resulted various mechanisms of cooperation across borders, by which a great amount of gains have been acquired by dismantling borders.

According to functional approach, the spillover of interaction crossing borders is a dynamic and continuing process, where cooperating societies will prefer the gains of interdependence.

Rather the return to “borders worship”.

To improve analysis of this thematic various approaches of methodology, such as the international system analysis, foreign policy, international political economy, functional cooperation, and regional integration process, are used to consolidate the study issue.
