Abstract EN

In this study, we discussed the issue of technological innovation and its role in improving competitiveness of the state and its reflection on sustainable development, as one of the requirements of development and maintaining the leading position in modern economies is through technological innovation that affects the efficiency of resource exploitation of economy and thus on productivity, costs and competitive advantages.

It also provides concrete solutions for sustainable development - economic, social and environmental.

The study found that technological innovation allows for optimal use of resources and thus affects productivity as its amelioration improves the competitiveness of the economy which is considered as one of the determinants of sustainable growth.
