Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight the role of administrative leadership styles in crisis management in business organizations, which it always seeks to confront and overcome.

We used the descriptive approach to present the administrative leadership, and its explanations through the theoretical approaches, and the adopted styles in the various stages of the crisis management in the business organizations.

The study concluded that despite the multiplicity of approaches that explain administrative leadership, the personal characteristics of the leader remain important for the application of administrative leadership styles.

The leader's behavior in crisis management varies according to the adopted leadership patterns in the organization, which boost the results of previous studies approved in the study.

The study recommended that the leadership have to attempt an early prediction of the crisis through continuous analysis of the available information
