Framing the Second-Generation Curricula is considered a new stage for the Algerian school in light of the social challenges and the expansion of knowledge.

These new advanced approaches focus on several theoretical foundations, the most important of which is the constructive building of knowledge as a crucial process of both construction and discovery.

In the face of this new academic vision, the question is no longer about the role and importance of school in society; rather, it has become aquestion of how to invest in school and foster the potentials of learners.

therefore, what is worth raising in this article is how to build these cempetencies based on the now curriculum, help the teacher in teaching methodologically and assess the degree of interaction from the side of learners in the classroom through the implementation of the Second-Generation Curricula.
