Technological means have become an imperative in all aspects of life.

The illiteracy has become the one who does not use it properly, and our educational system is to keep pace with the current developments; It has become necessary to employ educational technology in the educational learning process.

In light of this, we try through this research paper to see the extent to which the actual use of technology in the Algerian educational system is embodied, and to search for ways to employ it in a manner that takes into account the specificities of all Algerian regions.
