The social conditions of the Arab world made the citizen live in a number of difficulties and turmoil between achieving coexistence at the expense of technological development and the spontaneity of the random uses of the mechanisms and developments of the times, which created a gap in the personality of the Arab citizen between his identity, origins, cultures and being, including the language that reflects the symbol of identity, communication and existence, and through it the nation lives; bbecause the appreciation of the Arabic language is its standard.

The Arabic language is a living language, but the one behind its process is the Arab man, because he is charged with reviving it.

And mastering them, amid linguistic changes, has become difficult.

Can linguistic planning get the Arabic language out of its crisis? One of the first tasks of linguistic planning is to reform education in substance, in order to reduce the dependence on the foreign language that carries knowledge in all situations, and to abolish the obstacles that hinder the development of the Arabic language in thought and creativity, because the ence of linguistic production limits and accelerates the development of society due to the linguistic barrier.
