Abstract EN

The research aims to prove that Islamic Shari'a has come to achieve the social stability.

Since the necessary purposes of Shari'a are considered as an exploration of Shari'a, I studied their impact on the research’s investigation.

It is consisted of an introduction, two topics, and a conclusion.

The introduction provides a preface to the research, the reason for this choice, the research methodology, the previous studies, and the research plan.

The first topic deals with the definition of the purposes of Shari'a, the definition of social stability, the significance of achieving social stability in Islamic Shari'a, and the relationship between achieving social stability and defining responsibility.

The second topic has discussed the effect of preserving religion, self; mind, of spring, lineage and honor, and money on achieving social stability.

The research results, including that social stability are one of the most important goals and purposes that all nations seek to achieve, that there is an overlap between what is known as social stability and social security, that political stability is an important part of guaranteeing the achievement of both, and that the most important pillars of achieving social stability are: defining responsibilities, controlling rights and duties, preserving necessities, caring for needs, taking improvements into account, that Islamic Shari'a is based on its legislation on achieving social stability.
