Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of innovation on organizational effectiveness: the moderate role of organizational Immunity in Jordanian public universities، and in order to achieve the goal of the study، the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach، where she selected a proportional stratified random sample of (302) workers in public universities from vice presidents، deans and their deputies As well as heads of departments، directors of scientific centers and their assistants.

A questionnaire was developed as a study tool and distributed to the sample.

The study found a set of results، the most important of which are the presence of a medium level of relative importance of innovation and organizational effectiveness، the presence of a high level of organizational immunity in Jordanian public universities، the presence of a statistically significant effect of innovation on the organizational activity in Jordanian public universities، as well as the presence of a statistically significant effect of immunity Organizational Effectiveness in Improving the Impact of Innovation on Organizational Effectiveness in Jordanian Public Universities.

The study recommended a set of recommendations، the most important of which are: Public universities maintain continued interest in innovation in its various dimensions and use tools to ensure that the level of interest in innovation does not decline or decrease، such as encouraging workers to innovate and continuously awareness of its importance، and providing financial support for research and development activities to reach innovations in educational services، as well as Conducting scientific studies concerned with increasing the regulatory effectiveness in public universities، and strengthening organizational immunity.
