This research represents one of the theoretical research that deals with emotional intelligence in the work environment and its importance in that, in addition to dealing with the motivation of achievement of workers and its importance to them, and the latter is an important element that must be available to every worker, especially teachers, which allows them to carry out their tasks and accomplish them to the fullest extent, This theoretical approach seeks, by examining the literature of the psychological heritage, to reveal the effect of emotional intelligence on achievement motivation among workers by referring to a set of research and experimental descriptive studies among workers by referring to a set of research and experimental descriptive studies – available - that were conducted in this context and which confirm the importance of emotional intelligence in improving achievement motivation.
