Logic is one of the components of the judicial work and the most important requirements for its success.

The judicial process makes it imperative for the judge to activate his mental and philosophical faculties in order to reach the truth that is close to the reality, which is the goal that all procedural legislation seeks to achieve.

In order to achieve this goal, it was necessary to pay attention to logic, not only at the level of judicial work, but also at the academic level, because of its positive returns reflected in all areas.
