Abstract EN

The objective of the present research is to identify the effect of the triangle of listening strategy in the motivation of fourth grade pupils in science.

To achieve this goal, the researcher formulated the following zero hypothesis: There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0, 05) between the average score of students in the experimental group who study the science according to the strategy of the listening triangle and the average score of the control group students who study the same subject according to the usual method in the momentum scaleThe research community consisted of all fourth grade pupils in the primary schools of the Wasit Education Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019).

The sample was randomly selected from the research community and consisted of (52) students, (26) students of the experimental group and (26) (3, 4 and 6) from the book (Science) for the fourth grade of the academic year (2018-2019), i.

The researcher prepared the research tool, which is the motivational measure, and may be in the final form of (26) paragraph with three alternatives (OK, I do not know, and disagree), and the validity of the scale has been verified.

The researcher used the following statistical methods to reach the search results: T-test for two independent samples, alpha-cronbach equation.

The researcher found the following results: There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0, 05) between the average score of students in the experimental group who study the science according to the strategy of the listening triangle and the average score of the control group students who study the same subject according to the usual method in the momentum scale
