Most legal scholars unanimously agree that intellectual rights are copyright, or what is called literary and artistic property, and rights related to the inventor or what is called industrial property.

Where there are rights to immaterial things such as patents, industrial designs, trademarks...etc.

This right allows the author "like a journalist" to exploit his author financially, and to prevent others from distorting or imitating him, and from benefiting from him without his permission for a certain period.

La plupart des juristes conviennent unanimement que les droits intellectuels sont le droit d'auteur, ou ce que l’on appelle la propriété littéraire et artistique, et les droits liés à l'inventeur (propriété industrielle), lorsqu'il existe des droits sur des choses immatérielles telles que des brevets, des dessins industriels, des marques de commerce, etc.

Ce droit permet à l'auteur « comme un journaliste » d'exploiter financièrement son œuvre, et d'empêcher autrui de le dénaturer ou de l'imiter, et d'en profiter sans son autorisation pendant un certain temps.
