Political moral theory was characterized with imam Ali Ben Abi-Talib and it embodied the moral vocabulary with moral activity which we still recognize and we are unable to analyze the political activity of Imam Ali , as we cannot recognize the Islamic moral concept secret the essence of Imam Ali's policy is characterized the high morals .

His political morals appeared as a theory and a pratical behavior to prove that policy is organization of the state matters with the moral circle.

He directed the ruling policy without blood shedding .

His moral policy summarized the leader's behavior which reflects on his policy presenting in the Islamic soul where the Islamic ruler does not recognize the hatred to be equalized with the public regardless of his position and force .

The ruler is trustful person who considers the paying homage as a responsible for the promise which must be done .

Imam Ali and his tribe Hashim's Sons did not go beyond the Poor Muslim .

Imam Ali is the only caliph who did not give himself and his tribe one dirham more than the others in spite of the poverty of some of his relatives .

He stated by God to spend a night on thistles or to be arrested by chains is better thing to me than meeting my Lord and his messenger on the doomsday when I am unjust to some of his servants or I am taking some wreckage unsightly .

Thus the search theory set out based on ( the political morals of imam Ali Ben Abi Talib which took the equity , therefore .

This research was divided into four bases .

The 1st base is dealing with the political morals .

whereas the 2nd base is dealing with the state political morals .

The 3rd base is dealing with Imam's Ali orders to his rulers .

Finally the 4th base is dealing with the political moral towards the political resistance .

Then comes the conclusion of the search .
