The Message of Rights, by Imam Ali bin Al-Hussein Al- Sajjad, is one of closest cognitive texts to the theory of argumentation, because of its moral value in support of the argumentative theory, as it possesses mechanisms, shapes and tools, Which makes it closely related to the formulations, and philosophical sayings, on which the new rhetoric was based on, which one of its objectives, is the study of means, Influencing the addressees, and the linguistic outputs, that the concepts of argumentative give to them, which are based mainly; on truth, reason, justice and justification .And what follows these concepts, including ideas and fields of knowledge.

In addition, Perelman is the true founder of them, as is evident in his book (Classified in argumentative).

In this article, we tried to highlight the characteristics of the discourse in the rights message according to the communicative manifestations, supported by analytical results.
