هدفت الدراسة التعرف على اتساق الذات لدى المرشدين التربويين و التعرف على الفروق في اتساق الذات بين المرشدين التربويين وفقا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي (ذكور، إناث).
تألفت عينة الدراسة من (120) مرشدا و مرشدة من مديرية التربية في محافظة القادسية اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، و قد تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية : تمتع المرشدين التربويين بدرجة من اتساق الذات كما لم تجد فروقا في اتساق الذات تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي (ذكور، إناث) في اتساق الذات.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify self-consistency of educational counselors and identify the differences in self-consistency among the educational counselors according to the gender (males,female) The study sample consisted of (120) male and female counselors from directorate of education Qadisiyah They were selected by simplerandom method The results showed that Students enjoy the ability to create self-consistency,There were no differences in selfconsistency according to the gender (males,female).
