Summary: The rural rousing program is among the ambitions programs adopted by Algeria during recent years with the return of peace; stability and security, this situation contributed to sedentary the remaining inhabitants.

Who were compelled during the black decade to leave their villages and their rural are as to emigrate to the large cities and urban areas.

During the recent years, the rural housing program carried out by the government of Algeria as a means of urbanizing rural areas and village has contributed to alleviate the housing crisis and decrease pressure on cities, thus a great number of in their own areas and put an end to the exodus, this is in addition the creation of new modern village with all the necessary infrastructures including power gas and asphalt roads on the other hand there is security and safety in the different areas with were unsecure or empty and which become today safe and enjoy all the advantages of a modern life.
