لقد اختص الله سبحانه وتعالى رسوله الكريم (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) بجملة أحكام صوناً لمقامه ورفعةً لشأنه وتمييزاً له عن سائر خلقه بما هو المبلغ عنه والقائد بأمره والقاضي بين خلقه فيما شجر بينهم، والزم المؤمنين بمجموعة من الاحكام التي تصان بها حقوقه (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) عليهم وأمرهم مراعاتها وهددت آيات الكتاب المتجاوز لها بالوعيد وشددت بلسان العتاب للتأكيد لئلا تقابل رحمته (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) الفياضة معهم بالأذى ولا لين جانبه بإتجاههم جحوداً، وقد تناولت في هذا البحث أهم تلك الاحكام وحاولت استقصاء عللها من القرآن الكريم وكلمات الاعلام من المفسرين، فلخصوصيته (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) مقامات قد تراعى بعنوان ثانوي، كما قد ترسم معالم لحدود الادب وحفظ الحق في التعامل مع الناسك او الاب والعالم والمعلم في زمن تداخلت فيه الحدود وبهتت بين الناس فيه الشرائع.
Abstract EN
God Almighty has assigned his noble Messenger (PBUH) to the entire provisions of safeguarding his standing and elevating his affairs and distinguishing him from the rest of his creation by what is reported and the leader in his command and the judge between his creation in what trees between them.
The verses of the book which are overlooked by her promises and stressed by the blame of reproach to ensure that his mercy (PBUH) does not correspond with the harm to them, and his side is not soft in their direction towards ingratitude.
