Abstract EN

This paper is significant in that it teaches the impact of prophetic treaties concerning the good neighborhood extracting the lessons behind that and its impact on tribes and denominations relationships which aims to clarify the lenience of Islam in coexistence with others demonstrating the real picture of Muslims' good behaviors with Neighbouring individuals and tribes.

I have explained m the first part the definition of good neighborhood and the treaties5 texts of good neighborhood.

The second part addresses the lessons achieved through good neighborhood represented by strengthening the brotherly relationships of neighborhoods and the peaceful coexistence with non Muslims; securing the rights of beliefs and practicing the rituals of non Muslims.

Besides concerning the neighbors' rights* counsels and equal citizenships.

The third part addresses the impact of treaties on setting up the good neighborhood relations with tribes and countries to live peacefully m the society.

The researcher uses the descriptive analytic approach to reach the expected outcomes such as: the messenger PBUH held some treaties of good neighborhood with some tribes for securing the Islamic nation.

Muslims coexisted peacefully with Jews and gentiles.

The prophet Mohamed PBUH granted them the right of neighborhood* securing their rights and patronage as long as they obey the covenant.

He secured their religious rijgfats and rituals considering them equal to the Islamic nations people* without any discrimination.

He also set up good neighborhoodrelations with Jews as well as other tribes and countries.

The researcher recommends more studies on die prophet Mohammed'sPBUH treaties for its value in Muslims life; this implies practicing the principle of good neighborhood between Muslims community and non Muslim nations and people to stop wars and conflicts.
