Thisresearch deals with the unfair treatment by the authority during the period of the Umayyad rule towards the loyalists of the craftsmen, whether they are farmers of the lands, workers in the animal or industrial sector, or workers in the commercial field,How did that interaction create an effect that hindered the labor movement, and when the Abbasids ascended the authority, they carried out reforms that were in favor of the craftsmen and led to a recovery in the economic situation in the era of the first era of this state’s rule,However, the spread of corruption and the inflation of the administrative apparatus during the era of Turkish domination brought things back to square one, where the rate of destitution, poverty and the economic situation stagnated.
