This research deals with an analysis of Eurasian theoretical trends in terms of its philosophy and its most important ideas, and then deals with Eurasianism as the geopolitical application of Eurasian theories, The paper discusses Eurasian integration with the Chinese project, "One Belt - One Road", and the paper also discusses "Russification and the alternative Russian globalization system." It analyzes the most important challenges of Russian-Eurasianism structurally, that is, within the Eurasian Union and externally, that is, the geopolitical projects that compete with it and struggle in Central Asia, by testing a set of research hypotheses based on a main premise that Eurasianism as one of the directions of social and political thought in Russia is a conceptual framework and a geopolitical vision aimed at Reviving the culture, politics and common economy of the countries of the Eurasian region, and transforming the Eurasian space into a center for global politics and economy; There are two parts related to this hypothesis: the first is the Eurasian integration with the Chinese "One Belt and One Road" initiative, the most prominent strategy for Eurasian implementation, and the second, the Russian project for a multi-polar world based on a conditional basis, which is Russia's ability to produce a cultural vision for itself, by reproducing Russian consciousness.

The study is an integrated vision of the Russian project for a multipolar world based on the Eurasian trend in terms of the shape of the international architecture and the foundations of multipolarity, and how to apply it based on the establishment of the European Union in 2014, and the geopolitical axes strategy applied by Russia, which are three main axes (Moscow - Berlin) Mahmour (Moscow - Ankara) and Mahmour (Moscow -Tehran), in addition to the integration between the Russian and Chinese project in Central Asia, and the study reached research results, the most important of which is that the Russian project for a multipolar world is based on a stable and conditional basis, which is Russia's ability to produce a cultural vision for itself, And that the Eurasian integration with the Chinese "Belt and Road" initiative is the most prominent strategy for Eurasian implementation, in addition to integration with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, but The outcomes of the Chinese / Russian relationship in Central Asia (cooperation and competition) are also a prominent determinant of the future of the entire Eurasian project, and the study also concluded that the problems of economic contraction and slowing growth rates in Russia as the locomotive of the Eurasian project pose a threat to the future of the Union and thus the future of the Eurasian project.

The researcher concluded that the road does not seem paved for the Eurasian project, of which Central Asia is the Eurasian heart, for there is a mixture of international conflict and competition for the heart, by China, Turkey and the United States, which requires a great focus of Russian policy on the countries of the Eurasian heart.
