Abstract EN

This study aimed to studing the relationship between knowledge management dimensions (information technology, knowledge strategy, and electronic means of communication) and achieving the total quality of higher education institutions in north kordofan state.

The model was build and development of hypotheses and measurements based on the literature review of the previous studies the study used the method of comprehensive inventory to collect data through the questionnaire.

A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed and 100 were retrieved with a response rate of 95%.

To verify the degree of reliability in the data, the multiple regression method was used to test hypotheses.

The results found that a positive relationship between information technology and networks for the management of knowledge and total quality management, and positive relationship between the knowledge management strategy and total quality management, and the existence of a weak and non-significant not positive relationship between the electronic means requirements of knowledge management and total quality management of higher education institutions.

The study recommended that the need to develop a clear and specific strategy for knowledge management that stems from the basic strategy to help achieve the overall quality of institutions of higher education, to provide modern scientific materials and tools to cope withthe tremendous developments in higher education at the local and international level in order to ensure the achievement of total quality
