Abstract EN

The research aims at demonstrating the role of human resources management strategies (recruitment and selection strategy, training and development strategy, human resource conservation strategy) in the development of financial engineering in Islamic banks operating in Wadi Hadhramout.

After processing and analyzing the collected data using statistical analysis program SPSS, the researcher found a positive and statistically significant impact of the three human resources management strategies on the development of financial engineering in the Islamic banks operating in Wadi Hadhramout.

The researcher recommended paying more attention to the strategies of human resources management and human resources itself in the researched banks because of their positive effect in the development of financial engineering through the creation of new financial tools and products .
