Abstract EN
This research deals with the Tunisian political scene as the Tunisian revolution approaches the completion of its ninth year.
Four elections took place during this period (2011: the National Constituent Assembly, 2014: legislative and presidential; 2018: municipality; and 2019: legislative and presidential).
They contributed to the establishment of a democratic experiment, and the creation of a diverse and fickle political scene cut the silence of tyranny.
Professor of Constitutional Law, Qais Saeed, won the last presidential elections.
His quiet measure and broad popular hopes brought him to the position from outside the parties.
The legislative elections constituted a parliament with diverse parties and trends, none with a majority.
