Abstract EN

The study aimed to test the effect of organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees in educational institutions in Kuwait.

A random sample of 167 individuals was selected.

The study found that all components of organizational culture values (strength, effectiveness, work teams, efficiency, and the level of organizational commitment in educational institutions was high.

The study also found that through the use of gradual regression analysis, there are three values of organizational culture values that affect the organizational commitment are the values of justice, efficiency, And teams the work).

The other organizational culture values studied (strength, favoritism, reward, effectiveness, and order) do not affect organizational commitment.
