Abstract EN

The research deals with the French Economic Administration in Syria 1920- 1936 AD to the methods followed by France in order to control the economic resources in Syria, between France’s endeavor to create a local power loyal to it that it relies on in order to achieve its economic control over the country, as well as its endeavor to put its products on the Syrian market.

And its disruption of the Syrian trade balance, and in the end the research reached a conclusion that France’s economic administration in Syria is nothing but an attempt to destroy all economic potentials available in Syria and stand in front of any attempt to advance the agricultural, industrial and commercial advancement in the country in preparation for linking it economically with it.
