The HAMMAM is one of the basic facilities within the city, that many civilizations knew, because of its association with hygiene and cleansing in addition to the practices, customs and rituals that individuals acquired and developed in this space.

The old or the Al moravide bath of Nedroma is one of the most important Algerian monuments that this ancient city is famous for.

This landmark has occupied an important place within the Nedromian society, its role in the social and cultural system within the Algerian society has gone beyond.

In this article, we try to know the most important cultural and social features associated with the bath, so that we can finally find out about its characteristics and implications within the Nedromian society in particular and the Algerian society in general.
