Abstract EN

This current study deals with regional and global actors’ policies in Libya.

It tries introducing that by discussing how the crisis erupted.

Then it addresses the threats and interests which for actors wanted to interfere in Libya.

While the study discusses the structural causes of the Libyan crisis, it also discusses the local parties and power struggle.

Then it focuses on international competition in Libya among countries like the Arab United Emirates, Egypt, France, the United States, Russia, Italy and Turkey.

The emergence of aggressive behaviours in some countries led to block and paralyze peaceful political solution.
