Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the relationship between burnout and psychological hardness among male and female counselors in Sabya Education Administration.

The researcher used the measures of burnout and psychological hardness, and they were applied to a sample consisting of (164) female and male counselors.

The results have shown a decrease in the level of burnout among female and male counselors, a high level of hardiness, and a negative correlation between burnout and psychological hardness.

The results also showed that there are no differences between the genders in the level of burnout, while the study found differences between them in the level of psychological hardness in favor of the female.

The study came out in light of its results with a number of recommendations.
