The research dealt with population characteristics in the Arab world and the most important natural and human potential that can advance the agricultural sector in both its (plant and animal) sectors, and then achieve agricultural development in it.

The reality of agricultural production indicates that the Arab world has great potential in achieving the desired development if it is invested effectively.

And real, as agricultural production witnessed a noticeable increase during the period (1982 - 2016) despite this increase, but it is not consistent with the increase in the population in it, which exposed to several problems due to population pressure on this vital sector, and the research concluded that the Arab world is full A large population size reached (423,49) million people, especially in the working class, which qualifies it to invest in agricultural development.

The Arab world also owns large agricultural areas that amounted to (72032.08) thousand hectares and a generous amount of production that reached (196052) thousand tons in addition to owning wealth Adequate animal numbers reached (351712.3) head of various types, and this is a good indication that the Arab world can achieve self-sufficiency if what has been done is to invest its natural and human potentials efficiently
