Successive intellectual transitions have contributed to framing the theoretical approaches that influence the decision-maker to understand the interactions that occur in the framework of international relations and that these different currents are not conflicting or divergent approaches or doctrines but rather different approaches, methods and methods in thinking and analysis and often some American administrations try to use them To understand international events, and at other times it works to pair these currents, to direct the American move in a way that is consistent with its interests and according to the convictions and approaches of the administration that is leading the United States of America and affected by any patterns of approaches and ideas in the field of international relations.
