This study aims at highlighting the concept of entrepreneurial vigilance for Start-up, by focusing on the nature of the relationship between this kind of enterprise and the concepts of opportunity and strategic vigilance.

Among the most important results of the study is that the entrepreneurial vigilance represents a continuous process in the activity of the startup creator, as it is important in creating the idea and determining the opportunity, which requires studying and analyzing the project environment according to strategic vigilance features that represent the general framework in drawing the dimensions of the entrepreneurial vigilance.
