Abstract EN

The study aimed to present some rulings related to the dress of women and their adornment in Islamic jurisprudence, and used the deductive method.

The study consisted of a general framework that included the introduction, problem, questions, aims, importance, methodology, previous studies of the study, and three topics that included several demands.

The first topic entitled women’s dress in Islam consisted of four demands, the first demand discussed the veil of women in Islam, the second demand discussed conditions for women’s dress and standards, and the third demand discussed some of the misconceptions about the dress of Muslim women.

The second topic discussed the adornment of women in Islam, and consisted of three demands, the first demand included the definition and parts of adornment, in terms of permissibility, desirability and inviolability, the second demand discussed apparent adornment and its rule, the third demand discussed hidden adornment and its rules, and the fourth demand discussed adorning of the elderly women and its rulings.

The third topic discussed some forms of the woman’s adornment and its rule in Islam, and consisted of six demands, the first demand discussed the woman’s jewelry in Islam, the second demand presented the scent of women in Islam, the third demand discussed the cosmetic surgery and its rules in Islam, the fourth demand discussed cosmetic surgery of the deformed nose and the skin affected by burns by self-transfer and its rules in Islam, the fifth demand discussed evolution of teeth and its rule in Islam, and the sixth demand discussed The small hair (Namas) and its rules in Islam, then a conclusion with the most prominent results, recommendations and proposals.
