Abstract EN

This paper deals with the study and the authenticity of the Prophet`s Traditions (Hadiths).

Which attribute pessimism to three thing: a woman, a horse and a house.

These Traditions had been narrated in different ways which have different meaning.

But the concept of pessimism remains the main idea of these Traditions.

This paper investigates the exact reasons and The wordings of these Traditions/sayings of the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).

The interpretations of which show contradictions with Islamic faith and teachings.

The notion of disrespect especially to women was one of the practice of the people of pre – Islamic period (which was called Jahiliah i.e.

Ignorance period).

This paper, there for, concludes that attributing pessimism to those three was a negative interpretation of Prophetic Traditions (i.e.

Hadiths).
