The study aimed to identify the role of The Role of Organizational Commitment as A Mediator Variable between Quality of Working Life and Palestinian Organizational Reputation.

The descriptive analytical method was used.

The study population consisted of (13085) employees of the Ministry of Interior and National Security in the military sector.

A random sample was selected according to the military sector.

The number of respondents was (333), representing (2.

45%) from the study population, and to analyze the data, the researcher used the statistical analysis program (AMOS) .The study found many results, the most important ones are the following: .It was found that the degree of availability of the dimensions of quality of employment life was significantly high and with relative weight (66.16%), it was the first rank after taking part in decision-making, it gained relative weight (73.65%).

And the rewards and salaries, it came in last place with a relative weight of (58.51%) .The level of organizational reputation obtained a significant degree of relative weight, Social responsibility came in first rank with a relative weight of (68.46%).

While the financial performance was in last place with a relative weight of (63.63%) .The level of organizational commitment was very high with a relative weight (69.04%).

emotional commitment was ranked first with a relative weight (70.93%), followed by a continuous commitment with a relative weight of 66.91%..The quality of employment life affects the organizational reputation, and it (63.1) of the in the dependent variable was interpreted except for the variables of safety, job stability, salaries and rewards.

Their effect was weak, and the organizational commitment was partly mediated by the relationship between quality of Working Life and organizational reputation
