Abstract EN

The development of science in all its fields is accelerating in methods and means , as it is accelerating in the goals and results , and this drives the scholars of faith , the law and the research centers , the role of fatwas and specialists in the jurisprudence to follow up this development and to indicate its place in Islamic law in terms of compatibility goals and objectives with Principles of Sharia .

And thus the statement of its legal provisions regarding the taxpayers ; and that is because our religion is the religion of inclusiveness , science and universality .

The need to clarify the ruling on this issue and to discuss the opinions of the scholars in it to express the opinion supported by the evidence , and to stand on it and its controls .

The study concluded that it is permissible to determine the sex of the fetus , and that this does not contradict with the belief , especially with regard to fate and destiny , and within the limits of legality and ethics .
