This research deals with a very tricky "Osoli" issue which led to different perspectives of scholars in understanding, directing, and deriving The ahkam of some quranic verses.

That is the issue of existence of Naskh (Abrogation) of Quranic Verses by the Sunna Nabaweyah.

For that it was important to search in the examples of those who confirm that Sunna does make naskh for the quranic versis to see if does they have an applicable example, so the reasearcher chose the strongest example they have in order to discuss: "The Hadd of Rajm" and the claim of its naskh for the two versis of Surat Alnisa'a.

So, does this example support their situation or it will stand for the other side after deep research?
