The reactions toward health insurance in Saudi society have varied, as there are those who see it as an affirmation of the individual>s right to access health services and the achievement of justice and equality, and there are those who are strongly opposed, and see it as forbidden, and corrupting, and taking people>s money null.

This study attempts to understand this difference.

Not from the practical application or religious jurisprudence, but from the sociological analytical point of view, by monitoring and analyzing the content of the reactions toward two religious scholars who have the same view of the permissibility of applying health insurance in Saudi society and The knowledge of groupings and affiliations, based on the issue of the different fatwas and their approach to Karl Mannheim>s theory of group ideology.

The study sample data was collected during the period 9-16/5/2018 from one of the electronic forums for stocks in the Saudi market.

Where the results showed that the sample was divided around two sheikhs from the religious scholars who have the same fatwa, one of which represents a threat to the entity and interests of the group, and the other is positively classified even if its opponents disagree with it.

The researcher concluded that the blind intolerance of an opinion or group is expressed, and does not provide solutions, rather it increases the crisis of the problem, and that the best solutions when dealing with any ambiguous situation follow scientific methods, and take into account the nature of ideological differences and its relationship to real behavior in society.
