The aim of the research was to uncover the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral program in the development of the self concept and its effect on reducing the behavior of bullying in a sample of the third grade secondary students at Prince Saud Al Faisal secondary school in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia for the academic year 1439-1440.

The sample of the study was composed of (50) students from the secondary stage and to reach the objectives of the study.

The researcher applied the measure of the self concept (by the researcher), the scale of the bullying (by the researcher), the behavioral cognitive program in the development of the self concept and the developmental behavior reduction researcher), The results were applied before and after the application of the program.

Thus, data were collected and analyzed statistically.

Statistical differences were found at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the self-concept criterion for the post application.

A statistically significant function at the mean level (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the bulge scale for the benefit of the post application.

The results also revealed that the impact of the two-month behavioral cognitive program continued to develop self-concept and reduce bullying behavior among students.

This was shown in the follow-up measurement, and in the light of the results a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to reduce bullying, using different programs and strategies .
